The seventeenth Chinese Solar Term is called ‘Han Lu’, ‘The cold dew’. In the northern hemisphere, the weather gets cold enough to reach the points between dew and frost from now on. It’s the 5th Solar Term in Autumn of the year. It occurs on 08/10/2021.

In the northern hemisphere, the temperature drops even more than two weeks ago. The Yin Qi (Yin Energy) increases and Yang Qi (Yang Energy) converges and descends continuously in Nature. This applies to Yin Qi ( Yin Energy) and Yang Qi (Yang Energy) in human body as well. The body temperature gets lower than Spring and Summer. It’s important to stay warm, especially to keep feet warm from now on.
