Moxibustion (Ai Jiu 艾灸) & The 21st Chinese Solar Term — Da Xue (大雪)

The twenty-first Chinese solar term is called “Da Xue”, also known as ‘The heavier snow’ in English. The weather gets even colder and it’s more possible to have snow than the first two solar terms in Winter each year. It’s the third Solar term in Winter of the year. It arrives on 07/12/2022.

In northern hemisphere, temperatures fall furtherIt’s important to keep warm from head to toes, especially for older people and people who have chronic conditions.

Yong Quan, also known as ‘ KD 1’, ‘KI-01’, ‘Gushing Spring’, ‘Bubbling well’
